The Micro Technologies Department represents around 60 manufacturers of microtechnologies. Microtechnologies and increasingly also nanotechnologies are used in many disciplines, such as micromechanics, microoptics, microfluidics, microacoustics, microassembly, microvalves or micropumps.
Our department aims at analysing new markets and developing them together with and for the member companies. We work closely together to find new ways of solving problems and optimising processes. We research information on technology trends and research topics, but also create business climate surveys for our member companies. We also organise roadshows, member trips and events. In addition, we participate in both trade fairs and conferences.
