VDMA Woodworking Machinery represents the manufacturers of machinery, equipment and tools for woodworking and wood processing. Our members are suppliers to sawmills or the wood-based materials industry as well as manufacturers of flooring, furniture, construction elements or wooden buildings.

In our work we concentrate on the sector-specific concerns of our around 100 member companies. The main focus is on corporate governance & management, marketing & sales as well as technology, standardisation & research. We work in professionally structured working committees that are strategically oriented towards the long-term requirements of the industry and address current business challenges.
