As part of this new series of excursions, we are working with seven VDMA member companies to offer female students on technical degree courses the opportunity to gain exclusive insights into the real world.
The evening starts in a relaxed atmosphere with pizza and bowling to get to know each other.
The next day begins with a presentation of the company and a factory tour.
Colleagues from the technical departments give the participants personal insights into their day-to-day work. Of course, questions about career opportunities at TROESTER will not be neglected.
The day will conclude with an interactive workshop, where participants will be able to contribute their questions and suggestions.
