Bakery Machinery
The specialised confectionery machinery division brings together around 40 companies. Its product range covers the entire spectrum of process and packaging technology for the confectionery industry, from raw material handling and production machines for chocolate products, sugar confectionery, bars, long-life baked goods, wafers and snacks to complete packaging lines for confectionery.
With an industry turnover of around 650 million euros, the German confectionery machinery industry is a global leader with a share of almost 30 per cent of the global machinery trade. Our specialised department supports members in key areas of the industry, discusses trend topics and provides information for a future-proof company structure. As a network platform, we pool expertise and promote the close exchange of experience among member companies. In addition, the industry regularly presents itself at technology symposia in interesting growth markets.
