The German Wind Energy Association (BWE) and VDMA Power Systems cordially invite you to the online press conference.
Status of onshore wind energy expansion - full year 2024
In 2024, onshore wind energy recorded a significant increase in permits and awards, which indicates a new dynamic for the industry. At the same time, it remains crucial to further accelerate the implementation of projects.
With a view to the coming legislative period, it must be ensured that new regulations, especially in the electricity market, do not create a break-off point - because predictability and reliable framework conditions are essential for the supply chain.
Together with Fachagentur Wind und Solar, the German Wind Energy Association and VDMA Power Systems are presenting the expansion and approval figures for 2024 as a whole. They will classify the figures in political terms and make recommendations for action to politicians.
