At the initiative of the German Association for Materials Handling and Intralogistics and supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, in cooperation with AUMA, the LogiMAT India 2025 trade fair (13-15 February 2025) in Mumbai has been included in the federal government's foreign trade fair programme.

Why India?
India is booming – hardly any other country has come as much into focus as India in the wake of the trade conflict between the USA and China. The current economic data speaks for the fifth largest economy in international comparison – also in the field of mechanical engineering. In 2023, German mechanical engineering companies exported goods worth more than 4 billion euros to India (up 8 per cent). This includes almost €153 million in German exports in the field of materials handling and intralogistics – an increase of 55 per cent compared to 2022. In addition to intralogistics, there are also specialist areas such as drive and fluid technology or electrical automation that are seeing higher demand.

As a trade fair platform for intralogistics solutions, transport and process management, LogiMAT India brings together industry players, experts and innovators from the fields of logistics and material transport.
