Initial studies for Germany show that more employees are thinking about changing jobs. Because the pandemic has also shown that more and more people are questioning the work-life balance as well as other conditions of their current jobs and are looking for better job opportunities on the labor market - presumably also often paired with higher earning potential. In addition, technical talent in particular is becoming scarcer and these are using alternative offers on the labor market to their advantage.
In order to be able to take stock of any changes in the fluctuation rate, the VDMA has launched a flash survey for the mechanical and plant engineering sector. Whether fluctuation is positive or negative for a company depends on the type of fluctuation and the respective situation. The so-called non-company fluctuation - personnel departures due to the employees' own termination or transfer to another company - is the focus of the survey.
What can participants expect from the exchange of experiences? In the ninety-minute online event, we will present the survey results and want to discuss possible solutions with you. How can we strengthen employee loyalty in our own company? What do you think are the specific causes of employee turnover? We would like to discuss these and other questions with you.
Bring in your questions on the topic and exchange your thoughts with colleagues from other member companies and with the speakers. We look forward to an intensive virtual exchange of experiences.
The event is aimed at specialists and managers from the fields of human resources, innovation and management.
