Machine operation at "Human Machine Interfaces" (HMI) should be fun, motivate the user and convey a positive feeling. This so-called "user experience" describes a positive user experience that the user experiences when operating a product.
With a simpler, more intuitive use of machines and software products, training times can be reduced and the deployment of employees can be made more efficient. As a result, overall productivity can be increased.
During this event, Franz Koller from User Interface Design GmbH will give an introduction to the topic. Dr. Martin Krebs from viastore SOFTWARE GmbH will show the way to a user-centered user interface. Finally, Manuel Kulzer from the Mittelstand 4.0 Competence Center Usability will provide insights into pilot projects and support services.
