Aim and methods
The aim of the seminar is to provide an overview of basic concepts, interrelationships, procedures and methods in project management in international industrial plant engineering. The seminar content is based on "good practices" from the speakers' decades of professional experience. The contents are taught and dealt with via web seminars with subsequent web colloquia
