Weeks of Technology 2025
From 28 April to 6 June 2025: Weeks of Technology – a VDMA initiative

Technology, innovation, careers: mechanical engineering offers prospects – but many young people don't realise this. That's why the VDMA is launching the nationwide ‘Weeks of Technology’ campaign with members and academic partners to highlight the opportunities in Germany's largest industry.
Get involved – show how technology can inspire!
Together, we want to attract young people and their parents to technical professions. During the six-week campaign period, all VDMA member companies are invited to organise their own formats and activities – from company tours and school collaborations to digital workshops.
Your advantage: You not only strengthen the image of the industry, but also show concretely what training and careers look like in your company.
On this page you will find:
- Information about the initiative
- Materials to support your campaigns
- Practical examples and tips for implementation
Take the opportunity to make your work with young talent visible – and become part of the Weeks of Technology.
