At IFFA 2025, which will take place in Frankfurt from May 3 to 8, the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV in Freising will demonstrate how meat substitutes with a typical meat structure can be produced from alternative ingredients and textured proteins.
