The OPC UA information model for plasma surface treatment machines will be presented as part of the VDMA Shopfloor Data Sessions lecture series. It will be shown which different types of machines can be mapped using this standardized information model. Furthermore, it will be explained why and in what form the working group has chosen a modeling approach of the physical machine instance. At the end of the course, participants should have gained a good overview and a quick introduction to the information model presented.
