With regard to the latter in particular, the trend is clearly moving away from the traditional line manager and towards a more modern and versatile leadership role. Corporate communications can do a lot to support managers in their positioning and optimize communication success.
In our last lunchtalk of the year on November 29, 2023, we will therefore focus on the following questions: What do managers need to be able to perform their role as communicators in a modern way? How can corporate communications support modern leadership?
