On May 03, 2022, VDMA offers a guided tour at Control - International Trade Fair for Quality Assurance - from 13:30 to 15:30. The tour will focus specifically on metrology solutions for tool, model and mold making, with visits to the Hexagon Metrology, Mahr, Wenzel Metrology and Carl Zeiss companies at their booths. For participants this is not only the chance to get an exclusive presentation of innovative technology, but also to talk directly to the right contact persons of the metrology suppliers.
The tour is a B2B pilot project of VDMA Mess- und Prüftechnik and VDMA Werkzeugbau.
For the first time, VDMA Mess- und Prüftechnik will be represented with an information booth (Hall 5, 5318) from May 03 to 06, 2022 and will show, among other things, a cross-manufacturer demonstrator for the integration of geometric measuring systems in smart factories. This will give participants a live experience of the practical applicability of the open interface standard based on OPC UA.
