In the future, new demands will be placed on the controller, who must, for example, work in an agile, process-oriented and cross-departmental manner. In reporting, data can be professionally prepared and used by means of dashboards and self-service - often independently of the own IT department.
All this leads to the fact that organizations, processes and employee competences have to be further developed - under the conditions of the "new normality".
