Sooner or later, quantum computers will be powerful enough to efficiently calculate certain mathematical processes that are used in today's cryptography.
This may make it possible, for example, to penetrate systems used to create software and thereby integrate malware into delivered systems without the manufacturer's knowledge.
It must therefore be ensured that current IT systems can be migrated to modern (so-called quantum-resistant) cryptographic methods that cannot be cracked by quantum computers.
In this event, you will learn about the current state of the art in quantum computing as well as initial approaches and project results for shaping a secure future for software developers.
Please note:
This VDMA Baden-Württemberg event is free of charge for member companies and limited to 40 participants. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received, max. 2 participants per company. The event language is German. You will receive confirmation of registration and dial-in details approx. 2 working days before the event.
Please let us know if you are unable to attend despite having registered. Thank you very much.
Kind regards, Dr. Raphael Neuhaus
