The board is constituted of representatives of member companies elected at the general assembly and the specialist department meetings. Chairman of the Precision Tools Association since 2019 is Stefan Zecha, Managing Owner of ZECHA Hartmetall -Werkzeugfabrikation GmbH in Königsbach-Stein. The overall board of the Precision Tools Association is divided into the "Restricted Board", the "Board members elected to the overall board" and the "Boards of the specialist departments".
