Welcome to the future of production. Digital twins make it possible to carry out complex analyses and simulations or to monitor machines or systems. With the help of a digital twin, the current status of a machine can be evaluated and, above all, future behaviour can be predicted, control refined or operation optimized. Generated data becomes a success factor through controlled use.

This data accompanies the life cycle of a product or machine. But how do we use this data to our advantage? The science-to-business center CENTRUM INDUSTRIAL IT (CIIT) e. V. is therefore testing questions about the digital twin in a test environment. Key topics include the use of data across the entire supply chain, the product carbon footprint and the digital product passport. Our event will examine the current challenges with regard to interoperability and standards for the asset administration shell.

Take the opportunity to learn about and discuss current use cases, challenges and solutions together with the experts from CIIT Lemgo and VDMA. Let yourself be inspired by entertaining keynote speeches and find out about the possibilities for transfer to your company.

The online event is aimed at specialists and managers from the fields of production, digitalization, IT and management.

Moderation: Walter Heinrich Neumann
Registration deadline: 27.08.2024

A few days before the event, registered participants will receive a confirmation of participation and the technical details of the online tool, including a dial-in link. If you are unable to attend despite registration, please send us a short message.

In the interest of an efficient dialog, we have limited the number of participants. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.

Participation in the event is free of charge.

Organizer

The event is organized by ProduktionNRW. ProduktionNRW is the cluster for mechanical engineering and production technology in North Rhine-Westphalia and is organized by VDMA NRW. ProduktionNRW sees itself as a platform for networking, informing and marketing companies, institutions and networks with each other and along the value chain. Significant parts of the services provided by ProduktionNRW are funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
