There are many reasons for converting machines and systems, both from the operator's and the manufacturer's point of view. Increased performance, modernization, automation, process engineering adaptation, savings in resources, service life, digitalization ... are just a few aspects. Conversions usually take place within a tight time frame, they involve risks and opportunities and require good project management and suitable organization on both sides. Two companies will present their experiences from the refurbishment business.

The event offers an opportunity for specialists and managers from the mechanical engineering sector who are involved in conversions to exchange ideas.
