The digital transformation in German mechanical and plant engineering does not stop at quality management. A digital quality management system provides orientation for the entire company, strengthens the modernization of QM and the entire company, and is thus a central element in strategic control and permanent optimization.

However, current studies by the DGQ and other renowned institutes show that there is still a considerable need to catch up here. That's why the DGQ and the VDMA have launched a project to develop a roadmap for how quality assurance can be digitized by 2025. Together with you, we want to discuss ideas and use an application example to show what is already possible today.

In our face-to-face Erfa, you will first learn what influences digitalization can have on quality management and how it will permanently change existing processes. In addition to the basics on the topic, you will learn about tools and best practice methods that are used at Carl-Zeiss Messtechnik and receive an overview from academic and institutional research. In the workshop, we want to work with you to create an idealized target image for digitized quality assurance in 2025.

The event is limited to 50 seats (2 participants per company). The experience exchange events of the VDMA regional association are free of charge for members. Please let us know if you are unable to attend despite having registered. Thank you very much.
