Responsible self-presentation on the Internet
Soft skills such as presentation and rhetoric are still part of the content of the trainee mentor training. This year, the emphasis is on recruiting young people on the Internet. How can my training company reach and interest young people on the Internet?
Using the trainees' own cell phones, short advertising messages and company visits are filmed and discussed in a constructive manner. Responsible use of the Internet, especially in social media, as an advertising ambassador for one's own company is also on the curriculum.
The two-day online seminar is structured in such a way that there are rather theory-heavy inputs in the morning and self-learning phases with clearly defined tasks in the afternoon.
