How the implementation of the future vision of Industry 4.0 can find its way into everyday business, what thoughts companies have had on this topic, and how a successful implementation can succeed, will be presented in this event using implementation examples.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a technology for implementing the future vision of "Industrie 4.0". It is no longer an abstract idea, but solutions that can be used in products and in the company. Both the technology and its tools are constantly being developed and are not just distant and abstract ideas, but tools that can be used in everyday production.
After an update on current developments in the field of AI by Guido Reimann, speaker at VDMA Software and Digitalization, practical examples will be presented. These will show how implementation can find its way into everyday operations, what companies have thought about this topic and how successful implementation can succeed. Companies will show how they are harnessing the potential of this new technology for themselves and others.
The aim of the event is to get to know the breadth and variety of industrial use cases that promise greater productivity and new solutions. Practical examples will show how machine builders can implement AI. The solutions are of benefit to companies in several ways: On the one hand, with regard to the further development of existing products and services and, on the other hand, with regard to the design of new business models, the optimization of their own company processes and further automation in manufacturing.
The exchange of experiences is aimed at specialists and managers from the areas of digitization, IT, business development, customer service and production, as well as management.
Moderation: Carsten Rückriegel
Registration deadline: 24.01.2022
The event will take place online using the IT tool MS-TEAMS. Prior to the event, registered participants will receive a confirmation of participation and the technical details of the online tool including a dial-in link. If you are unable to attend despite registering, please send us a short message.
In the interest of an efficient dialogue, we have limited the number of participants. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
Participation in the event is free of charge.
Organizer
The event is offered by VDMA in cooperation with ProduktionNRW. ProduktionNRW is the competence network for mechanical engineering and production technology in North Rhine-Westphalia and is run by the VDMA NRW. ProduktionNRW sees itself as a platform for networking, informing and marketing companies, institutions and networks among themselves and along the value chain. Significant parts of the services provided by ProduktionNRW are funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
