The operational unfolded its pull. In times of crisis, events overtake all considerations of the future. This is understandable - and at the same time dangerous. Especially when the company is dependent on operating with an innovative edge.
This is also the case for abass GmbH, an IT system house whose customers are medium-sized machine manufacturers who are looking for precisely fitting, customized IT solutions that are not only innovative and up to date, but also secure. This balancing act between security and innovation in a rapidly changing market only succeeds if all available forces are well bundled. For this reason, the abass management team has been working intensively on a sustainable vision and a suitable strategy. However, it is currently a great challenge to make the vision effective in practice. The dynamics on the market are too high and the complexity of the daily requirements is too great.
In our fifth event for VDMA young entrepreneurs, we want to explore the question of how this vision can be brought to life in everyday life. But perhaps the time of classic strategy work is also over and more agile forms of strategic management are needed?
As in previous events, we will shed light on these questions in the context of a collegial consultation based on the concrete practical report of abass young entrepreneur Annika Peter. An impulse lecture on the agile management strategy "Effectuation" will professionally flank the discussion of the peers.
We look forward to an intensive exchange of experiences!
