The team is at the forefront of agile product development. Close, interdisciplinary cooperation is required. Agile methods promote exchange, there is no dictating from above, the cooperation of all participants is explicitly desired. This welds the team together even more. Thanks to agile development methods, a compromise of cost, time and quality becomes a compromise of cost, time and functionality.
We are therefore very pleased to be able to give you new impulses on this topic aspect today. Using the examples of Rosenberger HF-Technik GmbH & Co. KG and Motius GmbH, our web format will show you the advantages of a development partnership and what the successful use of agile methods can look like using the example of a drone charging station.
We cordially invite you to exchange experiences with the speakers and your colleagues from our member companies in our online exchange of experiences and to discuss the relevance of agile product development for mechanical and plant engineering.
