The digitalisation of the service business can lead to concrete improvements and competitive advantages in the form of increased efficiency or cost savings. However, the path to successfully implementing a digital service business is a major challenge.
The challenges that arise and how they can be overcome will be analysed in the exchange of experiences using a best-practice example. Find out how and why Höcker Polytechnik GmbH opted for digital service solutions, which internal and external factors influenced this decision, how the implementation was realised with the support of Synctive GmbH, which internal adjustments were necessary for this and which concrete improvements were ultimately achieved for the service business.
The format is aimed at specialists and managers who bear responsibility within the company in the areas of innovation, service and digitalisation. The event offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with experts and other Erfa participants and to learn from practical experience.
