In times of a weak economy, purchasing can often benefit from a good negotiating position. In this way, it can recover the high price demands of recent years and thus make an important contribution to reducing costs for the company. Using the Uhlmann Group as a practical example, we would like to show you in our web event how this can be achieved and what challenges you may face.
We will also present other options for optimising your inventory and costs and discuss the pros and cons with you. We also look forward to hearing about your experiences with cost optimisation through purchasing.
