The aim of this compact, half-day event is to provide a sound insight into the topic of artificial intelligence and its areas of application in production for mechanical and plant engineering. Leading innovators and experts from the AI startup scene will present current solutions and applications in the following areas

a) AI in production processes (e.g. shop floor management)
b) AI in Supply Chain Management (e.g. Supply Chain Automation)
c) AI in customer support (e.g. chatbots) or
d) AI in knowledge management

This demystification and matchmaking event is a proven format. It addresses key topics of digital transformation and highlights the opportunities created by both technological developments and new organizational forms. After the presentation of technological solutions by the experts, the company representatives present can hold direct matchmaking discussions. The event format is deliberately chosen to create inspiration for a successful implementation of AI applications in one's own company with the technology presentations from the user's perspective.

The event is aimed at VDMA members and network partners of EIT Manufacturing and is free of charge for them.
