After a two-year break, it's finally back to "Welcome to the Annual Conference of the VDMA Battery Production Department"! With more interactivity, the conference in 2022 is all about personal exchange and networking.
The annual meeting
Day 1
Guest of the company KUKA we will start the annual conference on the first day, after an introduction of the host KUKA Systems by the managing director Mr. Gerald Mies, directly with the interactive program of our market booths
There will be market stands on various topics that are currently moving the industry (see next page), where you will have time to discuss, network and exchange ideas with contacts from the respective market stand and the participants of the annual conference itself
From 18:30, we will round off the day with a joint dinner at KUKA in Augsburg.
Day 2
On the second day, after registration, a lecture program of a keynote by Dr. Mareike Partsch from Fraunhofer IKTS and three other lectures from industry and research awaits you
Also on Friday we will keep the market booths manned for you and look forward to your active participation
After a lunch snack, we would like to present the feedback and experiences of the market stall holders from the interactive sessions in the plenary together with all participants and draw conclusions. The event is scheduled to end around 3 p.m. on Friday
Company tours
There will be guided tours at KUKA on both days on the two topics "SmartProduction (5G and DC concept)" and "Collaborative robotics and friction stir welding"
