The year 2020 has triggered an enormous digitization push. The new framework conditions require customers and employees to use digital channels. Without the usual personal contact, it is about generating marketing leads and finding out the customer's need in order to arouse interest in the products.

Even in the digital universe, it remains important to "humanize" and remain "empathetic." Then it is possible to keep customer loyalty warm and to build up customer proximity. In the exchange of experiences, we want to address the following questions in exchange with the participants:

  • How can products convince even without a haptic experience?
  • How can I respond to the needs of my customers?
  • How do I succeed in building trust?
  • How can I position myself as a problem solver?
  • How do social media platforms and social selling help?

Participating companies will present 15-minute pitches. At the end of the event, we summarize the results and further input from the discussion with the participants on the digital whiteboard. In the exchange, we will consider where the business units are moving forward to use the crisis as an opportunity.
