At the end of April, we had the pleasure of visiting Liebherr-Components Kirchdorf GmbH with our Lean expert group.
Liebherr-Components Kirchdorf GmbH is part of the Components division, was founded in 2014 and develops and produces high-performance single and double-acting hydraulic cylinders, gas cylinders and dampers with around 600 employees. These products are used in Liebherr Group machines as well as for external customers.
In addition to technology and efficient processes, Liebherr has always focused on people, so that a broad and consistent application of lean management is at the heart of the corporate strategy.
Participants will find out where Liebherr in Kirchdorf has already reached on its lean journey both in a presentation and during an extensive tour. As usual, we will discuss the collected impressions and spontaneous ideas in small groups and give feedback to the host afterwards.
Contribute your experiences from your own daily practice and share your thoughts with your colleagues from other member companies and with the speakers.
This event is a cooperation between VDMA Baden-Württemberg, VDMA Bavaria and VDMA Business Advisory and is aimed exclusively at VDMA member companies. Participation is free of charge. The number of participants has been limited to 30 in the interest of an intensive dialog. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
Parking spaces are available for participants.
