It is often unclear which services are subject to notification at all and how one should be prepared for inspections. With regard to work assignments in Switzerland, the 8-day lead time and the 90-day limit in the notification procedure are particularly problematic. What options are there once the 90 days have been exhausted? In addition, many companies ask themselves the general question: How can a successful reporting obligation process be introduced in the company? We would like to discuss these questions with you.
