Joint company stand of the federal government
At the request of the VDMA, the OGA could again be included in the foreign trade fair program in 2023. The federally funded joint company stand with discounted conditions for German companies will again be managed by Balland Messe-Service GmbH. You will find the registration documents for download below. Last day to registrate is April 7th, 2023.

OGA Malaysia has developed into the most important oil & gas / petrochemical technology trade fair in the ASEAN region. OSEA, which exists alongside it, has shrunk in recent editions and is primarily aimed at the local shipbuilding industry in Singapore. The OGA in Kuala Lumpur, on the other hand, has gained supraregional importance.
Also thanks to various funding and support programs of the government, an extensive process technology cluster - mainly for the local offshore as well as for the petrochemical industry has developed as a hub for the ASEAN region in Malaysia. Against this background, VDMA has been applying for federal participation to the biennial OGA (Oil & Gas Asia) Malaysia since 2017. Due to the pandemic-related postponement to 2022, the OGA will also be held on a regular schedule in 2023.
in 2022, the more than 1,000 exhibitors from 47 countries attracted a total of 24,551 visitors. The German federal participation included twelve main exhibitors and one sub-exhibitor. In addition to the German Pavilion, country pavilions from Indonesia, Italy, South Korea, USA, Scotland, Singapore and UK were also present. The conferences MOGSEC (in its sixth edition with a focus on oil and gas), as well as the first-ever PSC (The Inaugural Petrochemicals Sustainability Conference), which focuses on the petrochemicals of the future, were also held concurrently with the exhibition.
