We are pleased to officially announce the joint meeting of the OE-A Working Group Sustainability & the EU Working Group Green Electronics. We invite OE-A members and partners of the EU projects (see overview below) to a one-day workshop on Functional Electronics for Green and Circular Economy, as a follow up to the workshop at OE-A/VDMA in Frankfurt in December 2022.
This event brings together the projects granted under the EU Call HORIZON-CL4-2021-DIGITAL-EMERGING-01-31 - Functional Electronics for Green and Circular Economy and other stakeholders from the European electronics community to share information and activities:
We will explore salient topics such as:
- Challenges of data availability /reliability, standardization, ethical issues for sustainability assessments
- The cost of sustainability / market perspectives
- Critical and under-discussed aspects of functional electronics for green and circular economy
- Future opportunities for collaboration and new project ideas
