Increasing digitalization and digital transformation in mechanical and plant engineering as well as regulatory requirements that demand the sharing of data along the value chain inevitably give rise to new business models and innovative digital services. During our Financing Day, we want to show you the opportunities for efficient use of data and considerations for business models based on the use of this data.
At the same time, investments are still needed for the digital transformation of the economy in order to ensure the required climate neutrality and sustainability of the economy. Corporate financing is becoming increasingly complex. With the global economy still weak, short-term liquidity bottlenecks will also increase again. The topic of corporate financing will once again become a greater focus of corporate management.
Together with participants from the mechanical engineering sector and the banking industry, we would like to discuss at this year's Financing Day how liquidity in mechanical and plant engineering can be ensured in the coming years, what impact the data economy will have on the industry and what the industry will be facing in the coming years. We will also present the current and future economic situation and, together with the financial sector, highlight the opportunities and risks for the industry.
