Trainee mentors: Advertising ambassadors for the company and the training occupation
Development of your own project idea, tailored to your company's work with young people, but with a focus on online activities
Responsible self-presentation on the Internet
Soft skills such as presentation and rhetoric are still part of the content of the trainee mentor training. This year, the emphasis is on recruiting young people on the Internet. How can my training company reach and interest young people on the Internet?
Short advertising messages and company visits are filmed with the trainees' own mobile phones and discussed in a constructive manner. Responsible handling in the Internet in particular in the social media as advertising ambassadors of the own enterprise stands also on the training plan
The two-day online seminar is structured in such a way that in the morning there are rather theory-heavy inputs and in the afternoon there are self-learning phases with clearly defined tasks
