Many companies would like to know how your quality management compares to others. What is the average complaint rate per year? How high are the warranty costs at other companies?

For many years, the VDMA has been providing its members with benchmarks as a valuable tool for orientation in a wide variety of circumstances, including quality management. The VDMA benchmarks are data determined in inter-company comparisons and thus a neutral benchmarking source that can provide orientation. We would like to show you how you can use our benchmarks and, if necessary, support us in collecting data.

In our open online format "QM Corner", we offer you a platform for exchanging information on all aspects of quality management. In each session, there is a short introductory presentation on a topic. This is ideally followed by a lively discussion between the participants. You are cordially invited to fill this new format with your content and to actively accompany it.
