Excursion for technology students to ENGEL in Linz

As part of this new series of excursions, we are working with seven VDMA member companies to offer female students on technical degree courses the opportunity to gain exclusive insights into the real world.
The participants have the opportunity to socialise during a joint dinner the evening before.
The actual event starts with a welcome from a representative of the management and a company presentation, followed by a factory tour during which the students can experience a demonstration of an injection moulding machine.
After a refreshing lunch break, there will be a discussion about what makes ENGEL special as an employer and what values characterise the company's day-to-day work.
Plenty of time and space will be given to a concluding round table, during which the participants will be able to talk to ENGEL female technicians and gain deeper insights into their work and possible career paths.
