What sounds simple in theory is increasingly becoming a problem in practice. Despite economic downturns, companies are desperately looking for skilled workers and employees. If they fail to do so, companies are threatened with a loss of turnover, economic growth is inhibited and for us as a society this ultimately means a loss of prosperity.
What strategies can companies use to combat the shortage of skilled workers and labor - skilled workers from third countries, longer working hours, the use of robotics and automation? What political priorities and framework conditions are needed for this? We want to discuss this with you and our guests.
