VDMA Shopfloor Data Sessions: OPC UA for Plasma Surface Treatment Machinery
As part of the OPC UA for Plasma Surface Technology working group, an open standard in the form of an OPC UA Companion Specification was developed for the diverse field of plasma surface treatment machines. This working group is one of the expert groups of the VDMA OPC Surface Technology Initiative, which promotes the development of semantic information models in the field of surface technology.
