i'm getting back to you about the Whistleblower Protection Act. Shortly before Easter, the German Federal Ministry of Justice published an initial draft, which I have already reported on briefly on our website https://www.vdma.org/viewer/-/v2article/render/51276290 and on which we have just commented via the BDI as part of the hearing of associations. We assume that companies with 250 or more employees will have to set up an internal reporting office and corresponding processes by December 17, 2022. Therefore, Dr. Hess and I are currently working on an online webinar on this topic, which we may be able to offer in July or after the summer vacations. Perhaps you are interested in offering a corresponding online event for your members in the state association. We would also be happy to talk on the phone.
