From our point of view, change must always be managed in order to be successful and sustainable. This is rarely possible with patent remedies - but through experience we can learn a lot from each other.

We at VDMA Baden-Württemberg are taking up these issues, which are increasingly being brought to our attention from various sides, in order to deal with change management and the implementation of change projects on a regular basis in the future.
With your participation, we would like to set up an ERFA roundtable on "Organizational Change Management", which deals with the topic of change in a practical manner. Whether it is a limited or comprehensive change project, specific aspects of transformation are highlighted or new approaches in change management are discussed: We look forward to exchanging ideas and working together with you!
In order to give you a first idea of possible topics and at the same time to be able to directly address your expectations, needs and suggestions, we cordially invite you to a first virtual meeting on October 27, 2021. In the kick-off, Dr. Peter Döppler, Organizational Development Wittenstein SE, will present a current change project.
Following this, we would like to work with you to determine topics and focal points for the follow-up meeting, which we are planning (depending on the current coronalage, of course) as a presence date in December.
