INTERGEO / INTERAERIAL SOLUTIONS is also switching from the exhibition grounds to a digital service. The Industrial Drone Solutions consortium is supporting the digital trade fair programme with a Focus Session, in which everything revolves around logistics and industrial UAS applications.
UAS offer an enormous potential for the optimization of logistic and industrial processes. So why not take off with new ideas? Whether as air support to secure a factory site, to survey a construction site, as a flying eye to inspect pipes and machines, in the field to identify fertiliser requirements and plant health or in the warehouse for stocktaking or as a transport drone - the possible applications are many and varied. Concrete project examples and future concepts will be presented by the VDMA Working Group Industrial Drone Solutions and its members as a Focus Session at INTERGEO DIGITAL.

In the current time we need fast, contact-free and traffic-independent means of transport. With the Labfly we show how medical logistics in urban areas can be improved.
Emqopter: Take off - overcome the last mile in the 3rd dimension
The capacities on the ground are exhausted: high traffic volume, pollutant emissions and congested infrastructures. Nevertheless, the demand for urgent transport, especially on the last mile, is expected to continue to rise in the future. The solution: transport by direct air transport with the aid of the delivery drone.
TÜNKERS-NICKEL GmbH: Roof Tracking - higher performance through trouble-free indoor navigation
TÜNKERS-NICKEL has developed a drone for indoor use whose navigation functions via "roof tracking". Using a tracking camera, the drone orients itself on the ceiling, determines its position and can thus calculate changes in position.
