Artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI are driving far-reaching changes in mechanical engineering and industry. The technology is already being used in many processes and will significantly transform the industry. Experience exciting insights into the world of AI and its potential applications in the value chain at our event at Werk150 at Reutlingen University. Our experts will present practical examples and innovative solutions for production and logistics.

Develop your own first AI solution in the field of computer vision during the event. During a tour of Werk150, we will show you demonstrations on topics such as AI-supported assembly support, interaction with production systems using large language models and warehouse optimisation using advanced algorithms. Take the opportunity to exchange ideas with experts and gain valuable inspiration for your own projects.

Our Industry 4.0 scout Malte Horstmann, Managing Director of OMM Solutions Gmbh, will show you how AI can be used in sales, order processing and construction using a use case.

The Werk150 of the NXT faculty at Reutlingen University is a realistic learning, development and research environment founded in 2013. Current issues in applied research are addressed here and new methods and future technologies for smart, adaptable work and logistics systems are tested. A particular focus is on circular and cyber-physical production systems.
