In the introduction, the focus is on future skills, specifically how employees acquire the necessary skills to create innovations. The following points will be highlighted:

2. Presentation TRUMPF Laser- und Systemtechnik SE
Innovation is a central key to success for high-tech company TRUMPF. This presentation will introduce TRUMPF's methodical approach. Successful enablers for innovations in the electronics industry, for example in assembly and connection technology as well as in seal welding of cast aluminum housings using laser technology, will then be presented.
