The service sector is constantly facing new challenges and under pressure to adapt to new circumstances. For some time now - as a result of rapidly advancing digitalization - the term artificial intelligence (AI) has been omnipresent.

But what does this term actually mean and to what extent can AI potentially be used sensibly in service? In our exchange of experiences, we want to focus precisely on this question: to what extent can the service department, or the individual service employee, use AI tools for everyday work?

Does it even make sense for me as a service employee to use AI given the current state of technology and how can I reliably find out which tools are right and suitable for me in particular?

We therefore cordially invite you to our exchange of experiences "Use of AI in Service" on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Dorst Technologies GmbH & Co. KG on site in Kochel am See. In addition to interesting technical presentations, the focus - as with all our events - will be on the exchange of experiences between you, the participating companies.

The event is exclusively for VDMA member companies and is free of charge for them.

Registration, cancelation, costs:
We kindly ask you to register by Tuesday, November 12, 2024. The number of participants is limited to 24 persons. In order to enable as many VDMA members as possible to exchange experiences, we can only accept a maximum of two registrations per company. These will be considered in the order in which they are received.

Please inform us briefly if you are unable to attend despite having registered. This will give other interested parties the chance to join you. We will also be happy to consider your discussion requests. Please let us know in advance together with your registration.
