VDMA: EU proposals on cybersecurity are well-intended but poor in terms of implementation
13.11.2017 “The proposals for a legal framework for cybersecurity published by the EU Commission in autumn fail to address many challenges and to some extent put forward the wrong solutions,” said Naemi Denz, Member of the VDMA Executive Directorate at the meeting of the VDMA Technology Policy Steering Group in Frankfurt. The VDMA therefore argues that the proposals from the EU Commission require considerable further development.
